we would like to fullfill all of your needs for a successful workshop at a specific location. Therefore, we plan with the following fees.

Payment restrictions
The payment can only be done via ePayment Bayern using credit cards or bank transfer. You will receive a separate email with the invoice and all necessary information (like identity numbers for the payment: BKZ/PK-Nr). Please wait with your payment until you receive this email. Otherwise we cannot allocate your payment to the workshop.
Cancelation of participation
We also have to follow a strict withdrawal policy, because of the special location and the running costs. After February 20th, 2026, we will no longer be able to offer refunds if you cancel your registration.
You can cancel your participation until February 20th, 2026 23:59 local time by sending an email to the LOC.
