Information for speakers
If your talk was accepted, we will inform you here, how to upload it on time to the presentation laptop. Presentation equipment will include a PC projector (plus laptop). We plan with a special speaker mircrophone behind a lectern.
All contributed presentations are 12 minutes plus three minutes discussion. Invited talks are 17 minutes plus three minutes discussion.
Information for poster authors
If your poster was accepted, please bring it on time in the morning of the days when poster sessions happen, in best case on Monday, April 13th, 2026. The posters can stay for the whole workshop. Please take your poster down again at the end of the workshop on Wednesday April 15th, 2026. If you need help, please inform the LOC. They will also offer tape and scissors.
Please be aware of the fact that it will be difficult to print a poster in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, because it is not a university city or big town.
The poster format is: DIN A0 Portrait.
We plan with a special poster area inside of the conference room, marked with a red ellipse in the following image. You will find the numbers of the posters from your Indico registration there.
